European Company Law

ICGI members play an active role in the management and development of the European Company Law journal, published by Wolters Kluwer. ICGI managers Mieke Olaerts and Bastiaan Kemp serve as the journal’s Managing Editors. Tom Vos is a member of the Editorial Board, while Damla Bos and Lucia Jeremiašová act as Editorial Secretaries. In addition, ICGI members regularly contribute scholarly work to the journal.
