ICGI Education
At ICGI we see education as an important tool to disseminate and share our research findings. We therefore seek to combine research and education. We aim to engage our students in our research and acquaint them with our research findings enabling them to attain the highest possible level of achievement in legal education.
ICGI-fellows are involved in teaching courses at the bachelor as well as a master level. Courses taught in English include Comparative Company Law, Corporate Social Responsibility, Comparative Corporate Governance, and Business and Company Law in a Global Context. Courses offered in Dutch include Ondernemingsrecht and De Onderneming in de Maatschappij.
ICGI members are also actively involved in the Master’s programme in Globalisation and Law: Corporate and Commercial Law. Their contributions include teaching, thesis supervision, and academic guidance throughout the program.
