Olga Gershuni (O.V.)

Olga Gershuni, PhD, BN is an Assistant Professor at Maastricht University’s International Health Department, focusing particularly on public health workforce development and professionalization, mental health, one health, ABR/AMR, nursing, refugee and migrant health and health literacy. In addition to her research, she contributes to academia as a lecturer and researcher in nursing studies (bachelor's and master's).

She has been involved in many international and interdisciplinary research projects in various fields of research and practice funded by the European Commission and continues working nationally and internationally.
In her yearly involvement as an international faculty at Nursing college at MAHE (Manipal, India) she is engaged in curriculum development, competency assessment, interdisciplinary research, focusing on a collaborative learning environment, health literacy, end of life care, mental health and student`s well-being. 

Olga Gershuni` s work focuses on education, open communication, knowledge translation, development, and promotion of learning resources for the public, scientists, policy makers, and civil societies.
