No less than 1.2 million homes must be built before 2030. That is almost 6 times Tilburg that needs to be added. Or 10 x Zwolle. Dutch municipalities do have all kinds of plans to build those 1.2 million new homes. But whether those houses and apartments are being built in the right places, and whether they will even be built, that is the question, according to all kinds of studies.
