Konstantin Jänicke (H.K.J.)

Konstantin is a PhD Researcher in the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of Maastricht University's Faculty of Law. He has a background in Law, Psychology, and Criminology. As a PhD Researcher, Konstantin is affiliated with the Maastricht Institute for Criminal Sciences (MICS), the Maastricht Centre for Arts and Culture, Conservation and Heritage (MACCH), and the Centre for Heritage & Art law Research Maastricht (CHARM). Additionally, he is an affiliated researcher with the UNESCO Chair on Cultural Heritage and Emerging Crime. Konstantin is a member of the Scientific Society of German, Austrian, and Swiss Criminologists (KrimG), the Nederlandse Vereniging voor Criminologie (NVC), and the European Society of Criminology (ESC). Furthermore, Konstantin is an active member of the COST Actions GLITSS and CPP4ALL.

In his spare time, Konstantin practices, teaches, and competes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo.
