Gabrielle Irene (G.)

Gabrielle is a doctoral researcher in Consumer Behaviour at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics (SBE) in joint coordination with Ghent University. Her current research focuses on the intersection of consumers' food decision-making and media psychology in the internet realm. She is particularly interested in how short-form video content affects our cognition and decision-making process. Previously, she did research on VR and AR-mediated behavioural interventions as a part of her master's program.

 

Gabrielle has a Research Master's degree in Behavioural Science from Radboud University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Gadjah Mada. Between her previous studies, Gabrielle worked as a market, product, and UX researcher in several tech companies and a market research agency in Indonesia. Outside academia, she enjoys spending time in nature and experimenting in her kitchen.
