Rethinking Compliance, Governance, and Legal Design (online)

This conference is organized by Maastricht University, Department of Tax Law in cooperation with the Law and Tech lab of Maastricht University. The aim of the conference is to discuss deeply the developments of AI usage in taxation and public administration, the impact of AI in efficiency of tax administration, rule of law and fundamental rights with a view to understand whether tax law design must be adapted to the above developments.

UM encourages its employees and students to exercise together

 

For example, by participating in running events. Maastricht University then tries to reach agreements with the relevant organisation regarding discounts on entry fees. Plus, of course, anyone who wants to take part in a running event on behalf of UM will be eligible for a nice UM running shirt at a substantial discount.

This year's 7th edition of the Obvion RUN 2025 will again feature all running distances and a fun event plaza. Are you ready to participate as well?

There are 3 different distances you can register for:

- 5 km
- 10 km
- half-marathon

Maastricht University and the organization of the Obvion RUN have agreed on a discount. If you register as a student or employee with your UM email address, you will receive the early bird discount (which has long since expired for everyone else).
