-
Dear MCEL members, the upcoming MCEL-seminar will take place on 19 April (15.00 16.30). It will be a 'case law seminar'. Assistant Professor Nicola Gundt and Anne Pieter Vander Mei will present some of the most interesting recent rulings of the Court of Justice of the European Union to be followed with a discussion by the participants. The provisional agenda includes cases concerning "social tourism" (Alimanovic and Garcia Nieto), delegation of rule-making powers to the Commission (Visa-reciprocity and Connecting Europe) and the tension between mutual recognition and fundamental rights within the framework of the European Arrest Warrant regime (Aranyosi and Caldararu).
