The protesters are still inside the building. Our concerns regarding safety in and around the building, and thus the safety of the protesters themselves, remain as serious as ever. This is why we previously called on them to leave the building. Even after contacting the protesters and their mediators, this request has not been followed. Due to serious safety concerns, shared by the fire department and police, the Executive Board has ordered the protesters to leave the building immediately. If this order is not complied with, UM will file a report of trespassing.
