K.A. Mares

Kyle Mares is a Teaching Follow in the Politics department at the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. At FASoS, he teaches in the European Studies, Global Studies, and Digital Society programmes. Kyle's research centers on democracy and education, with a specific focus on youth political participation in Central and Eastern Europe. He is affiliated with the Sciences of the Democracies research network of the European Consortium for Political Research. He also leads the Writing in the Age of AI working group at FASOS.
 

Kyle received an MSc in International Politics from KU Leuven and a BA in Political Science from Denison University.
