The provisional agenda includes cases concerning "social tourism" (Alimanovic and Garcia Nieto), delegation of rule-making powers to the Commission (Visa-reciprocity and Connecting Europe) and the tension between mutual recognition and fundamental rights within the framework of the European Arrest Warrant regime (Aranyosi and Caldararu).
