UnliMited-Students Network

You don’t have to explain it to us

UnliMited is a network for and by UM students with a visible or invisible disability, chronic illness or neurodivergence. It’s a place where you can connect with others who understand. No explanations needed.

Disabilities may include, for example, motor, hearing or visual impairments. Chronic illnesses might include diabetes, Crohn’s disease or Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. You’re also welcome if you have a psychological condition or if you are neurodivergent, such as if you have ADHD, dyslexia or autism. You never need to share why you want to join or disclose personal information. Just come as you are.

UnliMited-Students wants to make student life as enjoyable and accessible as possible by offering support and organising a variety of activities. When you join, you’ll meet fellow students and be invited to activities such as arts and crafts sessions, hikes and casual meetups where you can simply connect and chat.

In addition to community-building, UnliMited works to increase visibility and awareness of the experiences of students with disabilities at UM. The network advocates for a more inclusive and accessible university, ensuring that the voices of students with disabilities are heard.
