N. Nurhidayatuloh

Nurhidayatuloh (SHI., S.Pd., SH., LL.M., MH., MHI) is a researcher & PhD Candidate at the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology, Faculty of Law, Maastricht University, the Netherlands. He holds three bachelor's and three master's degrees, namely in Islamic Law, International (Criminal) Law, and International Human Rights Law.

Nurhidayatuloh is an Assistant Professor of International Law, Human Rights and International Criminal Law at the Faculty of Law, Sriwijaya University, Indonesia. Also, he was a lecturer (2011-2015) at the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University, Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

Nurhidayatuloh is a member of the Maastricht Centre for Human Rights (MCfHR), the Netherlands Network for Human Rights Research (NNHRR), the Council of Asian Science Editor (CASE), the Indonesian Association of Scientific Journal Editors (HEBII), the Indonesian Law Journal Manager Association (APJHI), and an assessor in National Scientific Journal Accreditation (ARJUNA), Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, the Republic of Indonesia. His research projects are focusing on International Human Rights Law, International Criminal Law, and Islamic Law. These have led to publications on various subjects, ranging from principles in human rights law to international criminal law cases in Indonesia and human rights in Islam. He supervised numerous undergraduate students and taught many courses such as Human Rights Law, International Criminal Law, etc. He conducted several summer courses at various universities in the Netherlands such as Leiden University and Vrije University.

Since 2017, he has been appointed as the Executive Editor of Sriwijaya Law Review, Scopus indexed legal journal published by the Faculty of Law, Sriwijaya University, Indonesia. Also, his involvement in scientific legal journals can be traced through his role as a permanent editor and reviewer in several international legal journals, such as Hasanudin Law Review, Padjadjaran Journal of Law, Jurnal HAM, Yustisia, etc.
