M. Zervoulakou
I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Politics under the supervision of Dr. M. Fenzl and Dr. L. Russo. My research focuses on economic inequality, political alienation, and participation. Moreover, I am interested in researching how narratives can, simultaneously, alienate and mobilise different demographics.
In 2024, I completed a Research Master's in Social Sciences at the UvA, specializing in quantitative research methods and political behavior. In addition to the classical statistical analyses, my projects engage with computational methods.
Before starting my PhD, I worked as a Lecturer (D4) of European Politics at the University of Amsterdam, where I taught Introduction to Statistics and Political Economy and Multilevel Politics in the EU, among other courses.
