Maastricht team: top 4 in the European Law Moot Court Competition (ELMC)!
The team representing Maastricht pleaded at the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg in April 2024, ending top four out of the 80 participating teams.
The adventure had started already in October when the team started to write the written submissions. Based on their excellent legal analysis, the team was selected to present their arguments orally in the Regional in Madrid in March 2024. After an intense final regional, the team qualified for the all-round final in Luxembourg where the team ended among the best four teams.
The Maastricht team was composed of four brilliant bachelor and master students: Rosa Maria Weihrauch, Zuzanna Węsierska, Alessandro Canosa and Francesco Priccolo. Throughout the competition, the team benefited from the guidance of Pauline Melin and Guido Bellenghi. Many congratulations to the team and coaches!
