UM statement regarding leftist school indoctrination tipline initiative

The nationalist political party Forum voor Democratie has set up a special tipline to encourage students to report ‘leftist indoctrination’ at school. In response to this initiative, Maastricht University states the following: 

“A tipline of this nature goes against everything our university stands for; independent and critical academic practice, academic freedom and offering a safe learning and working environment. The Executive Board is proud that its staff create such an environment every single day."
