Despite his research a few years ago, Professor of Labor Market Didier Fouarge is still somewhat surprised by the enormous tightness in the labor market. "We have been doing forecasts for quite a few years and you hope that the moment you publish your forecast something happens with it," he tells the Dutch programme Nieuws & Co.
