Seminar on CEO Cultural Values and Environmental Performance

ICGI and Elverding Chair organize a seminar, in which Frederique Bouwman will present her paper on the following topic: CEO Cultural Values and Environmental Performance: The Role of Heritage and Long-Term Orientation.

This paper examines how CEOs’ deeply rooted cultural values shape firms’ environmental performance. The findings highlight how managerial discretion and personal values influence complex corporate sustainability decisions.
