Yoga and Nature - Connect with yourself and nature
Workshop by Johanna Weis
In our fast-paced lives, we often lose the connection to ourselves and the nature around us. Yoga and mindfulness practice in nature supports us to take a moment to calm down and to observe the beauty within the natural world, like the smell of the air, the feel of the wind, and the sound of the birds. In a one-hour outdoor Yoga and mindfulness session, Johanna will guide you through peaceful exercises which will help you to align your senses with nature, and to turn inward to become more aware of the present moment. Johanna - FHML Master student of Health Education and Promotion, Yoga teacher, nature lover, and passionately interested in the topic of sustainability beliefs that by connecting with nature and taking care of our planet, we can create a healthier, more peaceful life for ourselves and future generations. She is looking forward to share her practices and tools with you and support you to create a feeling of inner peace and connection with the natural world. Join in front of UM Sports.
