Montesquieu Research Meeting

The meeting will feature two presentations. Montesquieu fellow Petra Gyongyi will present her research on the topic “Judicial reform challenges in Hungary and Romania: Assessing the implementation of EU rule-of-law standards for judicial organization” and Nicole Lazzerini will present her research on the topic “Preliminary reference procedure and fundamental rights: a controversial approach of the Italian Constitutional Court”. Nicole is an Assistant Professor of EU Law at the University of Florence and will be staying with our Faculty as a guest researcher in October.
