Book project and symposium

This book project forms part of a broader research initiative funded by the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences (KNAW), led by Monica Claes and Maarten Stremler, which investigates the implications of the transformation of the state for the field of constitutional law.
To launch the book project, we are organising a symposium in Amsterdam on 23 and 24 October 2025.
This is a closed event, which can be attended only through invitation and in-person.
