Career history

Across my roles as a Learning and Development consultant, I have built extensive experience working with a diverse range of public and private sector clients. At Deloitte, I contributed to learning and development initiatives for organisations such as Major Programmes UK Deloitte, Toyota Motors Europe (TME), VDAB, POAB, Lyreco, Enabel and D’ieteren Academy. My work focused on learning needs analysis, the design of learning pathways and learning blueprints, the development of e-learning solutions, storyboarding, employer branding and visual identity, using tools such as Storyline and Rise 360.

Prior to this, I worked at HumanX as a Learning and Development consultant, supporting clients including Luminus Solutions. In this role, I collaborated closely with HR departments on initiatives related to employer branding, learning and development, recruitment, and onboarding.

In addition, I was employed as an L&D consultant at EY in Rome, where I primarily worked with agencies of the European Commission and the European Parliament, including Cedefop, EU-RAIL, FRONTEX, EUROJUST and the CATALISI project. Within this role, I actively contributed as a trainer under the Framework Contract Lot 2, covering a broad range of HR topics, and gained substantial experience in designing and delivering training sessions, workshops and presentations.
