Salman Patel joined the Research Centre for Education and the Labour Market (ROA) in November 2023 as a junior researcher. He completed both a BSc in Economics and Business Economics with a specialisation in ‘Economics’, and an MSc in Economics with a specialisation in ‘Global Challenges and Macroeconomic Policy’ at Maastricht University. His work focuses on pensions, financial decision-making, and socially responsible investments, with a particular interest in how information, framing, and behavioural factors influence individual choices in retirement planning.
