Our research in human-AI interaction focuses on developing intelligent, explainable, and user-centric AI systems. We explore hybrid intelligence for human-AI collaboration and develop intelligent user interfaces, ensuring seamless and effective interactions with AI. We design language agents for education and sustainable agriculture, improving accessibility and decision-making.
Our work in explainable AI for computer vision enhances behavior understanding, medical imaging, video summarization, and content generation. Additionally, we develop and evaluate adaptable interfaces for fair, explainable recommender systems, e.g., using graph neural networks.
