High impact paper in Nature Reviews Drug Discovery
Members of the Translational Genomics department, recently published a high impact paper together with the TransQST consortium in Nature Reviews Drug Discovery, which has an impact factor of 102.
It highlights the advancements in the development of in vitro models for predicting drug toxicity, along with recommendations for their application in drug discovery and development. In the figure below shows the overview of the virtual assay platform for in silico drug trials to predict drug-induced pro-arrhythmic cardiotoxicity.
