Important message - expansion SHE office
Recently, the SHE Office has expanded its team with a new role of Office Coordinator. Nicky Verleng, whom many of you will know as one of the secretaries, has taken on Office Coordinator role.
The SHE Office now consists of:
- managing director - Sandy Quaden (sandy.quaden@maastrichtuniversity.nl)
- communication & marketing - Willine van den Brink (willine.vandenbrink@maastrichtuniversity.nl)
- office coordinator – Nicky Verleng (n.verleng@maastrichtuniversity.nl)
In her new position as Office Coordinator, Nicky coordinates and maintains relationships with the SHE Community, including information and data management, maintenance and optimization of workflows, and supporting UM's Current Research Information System (CRIS) called Pure. Additionally, she serves as the point of contact for financial, administrative, and procedural questions concerning PhD candidates, including PhD TRACK and coordinating the final stages of the PhD trajectory.
During the AMEE, you can find Nicky together with Willine at stand no 33. After the AMEE, Nicky will be available until the end of September after which she starts her maternity leave. She will be out-of-office until early February 2025.
