Winner of the 2023 Grand Final of the Helga Pedersen Moot Court Competition
Our team from Maastricht University Faculty of Law just won the 2023 Grand Final of the Helga Pedersen Moot Court Competition before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, ranking 1st out of 53 competing teams. Maastricht University was represented by Benedetta Talpo, James Sinatra, Sadie Kinnersley and Saskia von Landenberg. The team was coached by Sejla Imamovic and Mateus Correia de Carvalho. James Sinatra was also named Best Oralist of the Preliminary Rounds, Quarter-Finals, and Grand Final.
