Bram Fleuren presenteert werk tijdens AOM en Employability21
Onderzoeker Bram Fleuren van het project Duurzame Inzetbaarheid, heeft onlangs enkele presentaties gegeven. Zowel op de Academy of Management Annual Meeting (AOM) in augustus in Chicago, als tijdens the International Conference on Sustainable Employability (Employability21) in september in Leuven, presenteerde Bram zijn bevindingen met betrekking tot zijn onderzoek naar duurzame inzetbaarheid van werkenden in de zorg.
Tijdens het AOM congres afgelopen augustus werd het recent gepubliceerde paper over leeftijds- en tijdseffecten op duurzame inzetbaarheid bediscussieerd. Daarnaast trad Bram tijdens dit congres op als discussant in een sessie over psychometrie in carrièreonderzoek.
In september leidde Bram tijdens Employability21 een ‘special session’ met meerdere sprekers op het gebied van duurzame inzetbaarheid. Daarnaast presenteerde hij hier een deelstudie over het effect van inzetbaarheid-gerichte training vouchers op trainingsdeelname.
De presentaties hebben positieve reacties opgeleverd.
