New article by MCEL member Marcus Meyer and interview on 'the position of Dutch works councils in multinational corporations'
Marcus Meyer recently published an article on the position of Dutch works councils in multinational corporations in the Dutch 'Tijdschrift Recht en Arbeid'. The article addresses empirical findings of his dissertation research, which is based on a survey among Dutch central works councils and 58 follow-up interviews. Marcus has also been interviewed on this topic by the 'Praktijkblad Ondernemingsraad' (march edition). His dissertation is forthcoming in 2017.
