Framework Contract on administrative, technical and legal support for the implementation of environmental governance instruments and policies, European Commission,(ENV.E.4/FRA/2016/0003), 2016, duration 48 months.

Under this framework contract, the project 'Support in the implementation of the action plan on environmental compliance assurance and governance' is currently performed. This involves the development of a guidance on combatting environmental crime.

Under this framework contract, a service request on ‘Improving financial security in the context of the Environmental Liability Directive (ELD)’ started on 26 November 2018 (Specific contract n° 07.0203/2018/789239/SER/ENV.E.4 under FRA D.4/FRA/2016/0003)

H2020 SWAFS project on the precautionary principle: REconciling sCience, Innovation and Precaution through the Engagement of Stakeholders (RECIPES), Lead Consortium with Prof. dr. Ellen Vos, start January 2019, 3 years.
