Brilliant failures: innovate together, fail together, learn together

In his presentation, Professor Paul Iske describes how people and organisations with different backgrounds come together to form new combinations, giving rise to opportunities for innovation. This is not to say things always run smoothly. Innovation is a process of trial and error, experimentation and learning. But many people are afraid of failing, or reluctant to acknowledge the rockiness of their road to success.

Professor Iske’s Institute for Brilliant Failures seeks to create an environment in which people dare to try new things, are proud of their efforts, learn from their mistakes and share them with others (lecture in Dutch).
