For FHML-BMS students: When interested in one of the below mentioned minors, please note that you need course approval from the minor coordinator. Check also the information about the minor possibilities on the Student Intranet.

Please note: the application process for the academic year 2027-2028 takes place from 1 June 2027 up and until 30 June 2027 23.59 hours CET.

Except for the Educatieve Minor: you can sign up for this minor from1 February 2027 up and until 31 May 2027.

Please keep in mind that some minors have a limited number of available places.

How to apply for a minor:

For UM-FHML BMS students: Please check the Student Intranet website.
For all other students: Register via the Special Course Request procedure via the Student Portal. Please choose all courses of the minor you want to participate in or mention the name of the Minor programme you opt for in a note.
Your request is assessed by your own faculty. The request will then be forwarded to the offering faculty who assesses if you can be registered (is there still place, do you meet entrance requirements etc.).
