Spyridon Giagtzoglou (C.S.)

I am a Ph.D. candidate at Maastricht University (since February 2025), supervised by Dr. Barbara Franci, Dr. Monica Salvioli, and Prof. Dr. M.H.M. Winands. My research lies at the intersection of mathematics and Generative AI, with a focus on algorithmic questions that connect game theory and optimization to the behavior, performance and evaluation of generative models.

I hold a B.Sc. in Mathematics from the University of Ioannina (2021) and an M.Sc. in Data Science for Decision Making from Maastricht University (2024). During my studies, I worked as a Teaching Assistant and later as a Junior Lecturer in mathematics and programming courses.

My interests include equilibrium computation, algorithmic convergence, and decision-making under uncertainty, with applications in AI and large-scale optimization.
