The new old plastic will soon come from Geleen

Will we succeed in changing the system of plastic production and waste? Professor Kim Ragaert laughingly says in this Dutch article in NRC that she is an optimist. According to her it can be done, but it requires a lot of coordination between parties who are not used to that now (such as producers and collectors), and it will cost "loads of money".
