W. Spaninks

Wessel Spaninks studied law at Erasmus University Rotterdam. In 2022, he obtained his master's degree in Corporate Law and in 2024 his master's degree in Financial Law.

Since 2025, he has been a PhD candidate at Maastricht University, where he is conducting research into the economic reality of company groups.

In addition to his PhD, he is a Know How Advisor in the corporate litigation practice of Loyens & Loeff.
