Career history

Jasper Korving (1979) is assistant professor within the department of Tax Law. He obtained a Master’s degree in International and European Public Law from Tilburg University (2001) as well as a Master’s degree in Tax Law from the same University (2004). He earned his PhD with a thesis on Internal Market Neutrality at Maastricht University in 2017. 

Jasper Korving worked at the Tax Law Department as of 2014, where he is responsible for courses involving EU Tax Law in the field of direct taxation, both in the Dutch Tax Law Master and the International and European Tax Law Master. Besides that, Korving is a member of the Faculty Council since 2023.

Korving is a regular contributor to both national and international events organized by the Dutch NOB, IFA and GREIT. He regularly publishes articles, especially in the field of EU Tax Law. He is a guest lecturer at Nyenrode University (The Netherlands) and the University of Galway (Ireland).

Besides his academic work, Jasper Korving is also a member of the Tax Knowledge Department of Deloitte Belastingadviseurs BV.
