Dr Serdar Turkeli (S.)

Dr. Serdar Türkeli teaches at every level of higher education (Bachelor, Master, Doctorate) with BKO (2016), TATT Certificates issued by UM UMIO (2019), Honours+ (2022), Premium certificates (2025) by UM EDLAB, and PhD Supervisor Certificate (2025) by University of Groningen. 

With his background in computer engineering (BSc; MSc), science, technology, innovation policy (Doctoral Qualification), and Innovation, Economics, Governance, Sustainable Development (PhD), he coordinates Innovation Systems, Policy and Sustainability Transitions at UM FSE UCM, (B.Sc.); Project Sustainability at UM Interfaculty BSc. Sustainability Minor; Twin Transitions for Sustainability (MSc.) at UM SBE MPP. 

He supervised more than 70 master’s theses at SBE, and more than 70 bachelor theses at FSE, supervises PhD students, attending PhD degree committees. 

He has co-authored research publications on (digital) education and sustainability in Social Sciences Journal (2019) in UNESCO humanistic futures of learning (2020).
