Mathieu Segers key advisor cabinet

In daily life he is professor of contemporary European history at Maastricht University. He writes columns, makes a podcast and plays an important role in the debate about Europe and the role of the Netherlands within Europe. Mathieu Segers has now been appointed member of the Scientific Council for Government Policy, an independent advisory body to the Dutch cabinet. In conversation with the (Dutch) l1 he shares his views on the current situation in Europe.
