I am involved in different courses in our Master on Work and Organizational Psychology and teach Statistics and Research Methodology in the International Joint Master of Research in Work and Organizational Psychology (www.maastrichtuniversity.nl/fpn/jointmaster).
In addition, I convey my expertise and passion as certified systemic coach in a Master's elective on Coaching.
Onderwijsprojecten
In 2021 I received a Comenius Senior Fellow Grant of The Dutch National Education Institute (NKO) for a project that aimed to integrate improvisational theater exercises into the mentoring program of our first year students. The goal was to improve their experiences in the first months at university and to foster their resilience and ability to connect. We believe that, as a university, we should not only teach students how to study right, but to also develop the life skills that are necessary to successfully master difficulties within their study program and the challenges in society at large.
