I currently teach two courses at the Maastricht University:

"Managerial Finance and Accounting", a second year bachelor course which provides together with the first year's required finance and accounting course the foundation in finance and accounting for all International Business students at this university.

"Corporate Governance & Financial Stakeholders", a master course which analyses corporate governance from the point of view of different financial stakeholders and covers topics such as engagement by institutional equity investors, banks as concentrated debt owners in project finance, government ownership and privatisation, and stakeholder dynamics during bankruptcy.
