During this workshop, we will guide you through several objectives you encounter when founding a startup. Through this workshop, you will learn and be able to explain organizational questions such as why you have chosen a specific cost structure or how you are planning to maximise growth and revenue, also in the long run. Furthermore, we will establish goals with you for your startup and develop a plan for how you are able to meet them. Also, we will go into things that need to be taken into account when establishing a relationship with the customer.
