As UM's Diversity Officer, my task is to translate ideas about diveristy and inclusivity into concrete policy measures with the aim to become a truly inclusive university in which students and staff feel valued for their individual, diverse viewpoints and experiences.
An inclusive organization means that every member feels appreciated not despite their differences, but because of their differences.
