Bij e-mailbericht van 10 december 2024, via het Complaints Service Point (hierna: CSP) ingekomen bij het CBE op 11 december 2024, tekent appellant beroep aan tegen het besluit van verweerder, welk besluit betrekking heeft op het behaalde eindcijfer van de toets ‘Inleiding Grondslagen van het Recht … Dit besluit dateert van 29 oktober 2024. 2. Bij e-mailbericht van 12 december 2024 bevestigt het CBE de ontvangst van het beroep aan appellant. 3. Bij e-mailbericht van 12 december 2024 zendt het CBE het beroep van appellant door naar de examencommissie voor schikking en verweer. In dit bericht verzoekt het CBE om het CBE uiterlijk 10 januari 2025 te informeren over de minnelijke schikking. Mocht er niet worden gekomen tot een minnelijke schikking merkt het CBE daarin reeds op dat onderhavig … ter zake de beoordeling ruimschoots blijkt dat de examinator in redelijkheid tot zijn besluit is gekomen, zonder in strijd te handelen met recht en regelgeving. Appellant had, omdat het een open boek tentamen betrof, gebruik kunnen maken van online bronnen, waaronder de meest gezaghebbende bron van wetgeving: overheid.nl.
