Dr H. Roebertsen

Since February 1997 Herma Roebertsen is working for the Faculty of Health Sciences. Her special interests are staff development and curriucum innovation.

She has expertise in consultancies and workshops on teaching and learning in a student-centered learning environment ; curriculum innovation and problem-based learning.

Currently, she is coordinating several innovative projects in the field of staff development and projects related to the development of students academic competences. Also she supervises a MHPE teaching unit on Organisation and Leadership in education.

In 1996 she obtained her doctorate at the department of Didactics in Biology of the University of Utrecht. This research concerned meaningful learning of Biology in a secondary school setting .
