Felicitas Biwer (F.)

Felicitas Biwer is an educational psychologist and assistant professor at the Department of Educational Development and Research, task force Faculty Development, and as a researcher at the School of Health Professions Education. Her main research interests lie in the field of self-regulated learning and faculty development. In her PhD research, she examined the effects of the Study Smart program, a learning strategy training for first year students, on students' knowledge about and use of effective learning strategies. In her current research around faculty development, she investigates the role of teachers in supporting students' self-regulated learning.
