Per 1 juni 2021 wordt mr. dr. Bram Akkermans benoemd tot hoogleraar Vermogensrecht, in het bijzonder het Goederenrecht; hij volgt hiermee prof.mr. Sjef van Erp op, die in januari 2021 met emeritaat ging. Tot 1 juni was Bram Universitair Hoofddocent bij de capaciteitsgroep Privaatrecht.
