Last week the book based on the 2012 conference was published by Hart Publishing under the title Objectivity in Law and Legal Reasoning.
Notes from a conference on European contract law organised by the University of Chicago Law School, where European academics and colleagues from Chicago discussed in particular the European Commission’s proposal for a common European sales law.
Sovereignty is invoked in many discussions today, from Brexit to Catalan independence, but it is rarely clear what, exactly, those who invoke sovereignty mean by it. For the purposes of understanding, analyzing, and understanding legal phenomena, however, a more precise understanding is necessary.
During this Teach-Meet, we will reflect on our culture of education evaluation and offer good practices for evaluation methods in different contexts of learning at UM.
