… Annual Report University Council Academic Year 2021-2022 2 Composition of the Council in 2020-2021 The University Council (UC) consisted of 20 members in 2021-2022, with ten people from the student delegation (Isabel Groenen, Charlotte Lenhard, Lotte Meerhoff, Alexandra Panou, Stephan Seijsener, Moritz Maximillian Takacs, Stijn Vinken, Iris de Visser, Bram Dela Haije, Freddy Leppert (Chair Strategy Committee)), … meetings Next to the official meetings, the UC also organized two theme days, to discuss internal workings and brainstorm about predefined topics. These theme days took place on October 13, 2021, and April 13, 2022. The UC also traditionally met twice with the Supervisory Board to exchange ideas in February and June. Summary in February and june The UC discussed a wide range of themes concerning UM policies, progress reports of running projects, the initiation of new projects, planned investments, … budget, amongst other. A full list of the public topics is shown below with the annotation whether it was only to discuss/take note/to be updated, or to additionally give advice or consent. Next to that three letters were sent by the UC to the EB, and they were also discussed plenary: Student housing (student delegation), Student wellbeing (student delegation), Reaction to letter UC regarding the budget.
