Mindful Walk & Yoga in Nature
Health and Wellbeing gain rising attention in a world that is full of stress, efficiency and unhealthy lifestyle behaviors. The practice of mindfulness, yoga and all that in contact with nature are addressing wellbeing in a holistic and empowering way. During this morning activity Jenni guides you through a beuatiful activating and simultaneously calming practise based on mindfulness, yoga and nature connection.
Meeting point: in front of the sustainable hub at Tapijn. Please bring comfortable clothing that keeps you warm in cold weather. No pre-knowledge/ experience needed.
Lebensliebe by Jenni - Sustainable Health Coach & FHML Master student student, Current studying the master program health education & promotion and working for the Green Office at UM, Jenni is passionate about holistic wellbeing. As a yoga teacher and nature lover she is happy to offer a beautiful and pleasant start into the day with yoga in nature combined with practising mindfulness.
