De deelname aan cursussen onder werkenden is gedaald van 54 procent in 2017 naar 51 procent in 2020. Ook de tijd besteed aan taken waarvan men kan leren is gedaald. Deze afname in werkgerelateerd leren lijkt het gevolg van de pandemie.
